Hey, just wanted to update on my last post.
The live Liz Phair album I refered to turned out to be...well, interesting. It was titled "Jam and Run", and it turned out to be a bootleg. Interesting for sure, but hysterically bad sound was involved. I'm not sure if anyone else has run across this, but I would say it's probably not worth it, although Miss Phair herself, of course, is awesome.
I forgot to mention in my last post...my lovely friend little_elf_girl sent me a Liz Phair CD last week. It's called Juvenalia. (Spelling?) I was wondering if anyone had heard it? The best is the version of "Turning Japanese" that Liz Phair does. It's wonderful and hysterical. If you are a Phair fan and haven't heard it, I highly recommend it. :) The other songs are really nice too. Kind of slow, darkish, and brooding. They're nice, and this is an album I'll definately be playing often.
